Dr. Ashish Jha, director from the Harvard Global Health Institute, informs TODAY the figures of coronavirus cases within the U.S. are “more concerning than I wished we’d get at this time,” and adds that “protests are likely to fuel more cases.” He predicts that “sometime in September we’re likely to mix the 200,000 mark” in coronavirus deaths.
