Albert Bourla, ceo of Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, foretells TODAY concerning the “historic pledge” produced by nine drugmakers not to hurry out a coronavirus vaccine without correct testing and states Pfizer is only going to submit a vaccine for authorization “when we’ve proof of safety and effectiveness.” He predicts that Pfizer “will come with an answer through the finish of October,” but adds that that doesn’t mean actual distribution of the vaccine.
