The Alberta government is getting in new supports for companies that decide to implement the COVID-19 Limitations Exemption Program.

Alberta Premier Jason Kenney made the announcement on Thursday throughout the province’s regularly scheduled COVID-19 update.

The brand new supports will concentrate on three key areas. A $2,000 grant for qualified companies that decide to implement this program, $a million for training to aid the security of workers when applying this program and legislation to safeguard companies from legal challenges.

The federal government can also be doubling fines for contravening public health orders, such as the mistreatment of workers, from $2,000 to $4,000.

Alberta’s Limitations Exemption Program arrived to impact on Sept. 20.

The Limitations Exemption Program enables companies and venues to function without capacity limits along with other public health measures when they require evidence of vaccination or perhaps a negative COVID-19 test derive from anybody entering.
