Masks work well. They limit multiplication of Covid-19. That’s caused by the biggest study of masks ever involving nearly 350,000 people across 600 rural villages in Bangladesh. Researchers from Universities of Stanford and Yale found a 30-percent rise in mask-putting on brought to some 10 % stop by infections. Scientists believe, we can not mask our way from the pandemic but it’s an important layer of protection besides physical distancing, testing and becoming vaccinated. While they have been the topic of politcal debate – the straightforward act of covering your nose and mouth continues to be, and stays, an important tool to limit multiplication from the coronavirus.
