COVID-19 Surge Fueling Hospital Staffing Shortages

After 2 yrs of taking care of COVID-stricken patients, nurses and doctors fighting around the front line is more and more requiring help themselves because of staffing shortages. Within the last two days, hospitalizations are up 78% with typically 688,000 cases every week. Some schools also have announced the relocating to online learning due to the omicron variant.
