President Jesse Trump stated he’d put on a mask if he were “in a good situation with people” however that he is not convinced they must be needed even while coronavirus cases are spiking in areas of the U.S.

“I have no idea if you want mandatory,” Trump stated Wednesday inside a Fox Business Network interview. “I’m all for masks, I believe masks are great.”

Trump has mocked his Democratic challenger, Joe Biden, for putting on a mask and hasn’t openly worn one, though he’s facing calls to do this. His comments come each day after Surgeon General Jerome Adams stated: “Please, please, please put on a face covering when you are in public.”

Trump targeted Biden again Wednesday within an interview with conservative commentator Eric Bolling, saying the presumptive Democratic nominee used his mask even if your audience he was addressing have been sitting down a long way away.

“He is talking to a mask on and also you can’t even know very well what he’s saying,” Trump stated, adding that “when there’s nobody around, I do not visit a need to put on it.”
