India’s rising coronavirus cases have introduced the nation’s healthcare system towards the edge of collapse. Critics say too little coordination between hospitals, overworked doctors and lack of sources are costing lives. DW spoken Dr. Jugal Kishore, Secretary of Delhi’s Public Health Association.
